CLI
The groundui npm package will add GroundUI website blocks and components to your project from the command line. It is coming soon.
GroundUI is building a command-line tool, published on npm as groundui, that adds website blocks and components straight into your project. It runs with npx, so there is nothing to install.
npx groundui --helpComing soon
The package is published, but add and list are not live yet. Today they print a "coming soon" message. Follow along on the blocks page.
Planned commands
| Command | What it will do |
|---|---|
npx groundui add <name> | Add one or more blocks or components to your project, with the packages they need. |
npx groundui list | List the blocks and components you can add. |
npx groundui --version | Print the CLI version. Works today. |
Blocks are written in React with Tailwind CSS and use shadcn-style color variables, so they take on your own theme.
Plans
Basic components will be free to add. Website blocks will come with a paid plan: Pro or Lifetime. See pricing.
